In October 2008, Wasl Asset Management Group established Wasl Properties to manage an extensive real estate portfolio of over 50,000 residential and commercial properties across the Emirate of Dubai, including Karama, Muhaisnah, Deira, Bur Dubai, Barsha, Jumeirah, Umm Ramool, Al Badaa, Al Wasl, Jebel Ali, Al Quoz, and Ras-al-Khor. As part of Wasl Properties’ services, it provides leasing and facilities management in the leasehold and freehold sectors and customer and tenant relations via a 24-hour call centre.
